Product Issues

We are serious about patient safety and providing patients with high quality products that are safe and reliable. If your Medicure product is expired or damaged, we may be able to help you replace it.

All Medicure products are eligible for return 6 months prior to expiration through 6 months after expiration ("Credit Eligible Product").

How to Return a Product or Request a Replacement

  1. Review our Returns and Product Replacement Policy.
  2. Fill-out and complete a Return or Replacement Information Form and send via fax or email to the following department:

  3. You will receive a notification of authorization from our Order Fulfillment Center.
  4. Send Credit Eligible Product to our Order Fulfillment Center. Please note, Credit Eligible Product can be sent by a third-party reverse distributor on behalf of the customer.

  5. Medicure will replace authorized returns with new product which will be sent directly to the customer.
